Qualification Scope Jobs Responsibility:
• Do periodic service 250 hours.
• Do periodic service 500 hours.
• Do periodic service 1000 hours.
• Do periodic service 2000 hours.
• Take oil sample at all compartment.
• Check all component condition.
• Do all backlog job, replace component if necessary.
• Troubleshooting for electrical problem and mechanical problem.
• Final check unit condition after service.
• Pm-Clinic engine system, hydraulic system, transmission system and brake system.
• Make report and job card.
• Management team work.

Follow Basic Mechanic Course and do On Job Training as Community College 8 at UNTED TRACTORS PT in Jakarta:
➢ Learns about the fuel system of Dieselengine.
➢ Learns about the oil system of Diesel engine.
➢ Learns about the air intake and exhaust system of Diesel engine.
➢ Learns about the cooling system of Diesel engine.
➢ Learn how Diesel engine works ranging from the intake stroke, compression stroke, power stroke and exhaust stroke.
➢ Learn about all parts of the engine Diesel.
➢ Learn for Dissasembly all Komatsu engine at Jakarta Workshop.
➢ Learn to measure all parts of the Komatsu engine and make a report on this.
➢ Learn to rebuild component (all engine component)
➢ Learn to assembly All engine Komatsu.
➢ Make daily activity report.
➢ Learn about the Basic Direct Drive Transmission.
➢ Learn about the Basic Torqflow Transmission.
➢ Learn about the Basic Hydraulic System.
