• Support advocates in litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters before Dubai Courts and related
authorities.
• Conduct legal research on UAE Federal and local laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, memoranda, applications, legal opinions, and
correspondence.
• Assist in handling matters from client engagement, document review, and filing through hearings,
judgments, and execution proceedings.
• Coordinate submissions, filings, and follow-ups with Dubai Courts, Public Prosecution, Dubai Police,
Rental Dispute Center, Dubai Land Department, and other authorities.
• Maintain organized case files, evidence records, and court documentation.
• Liaise with clients for document collection, case updates, and procedural requirements.
• Monitor deadlines, hearings, and procedural compliance.
