vehicle launch training
In addition to;
Facilitate interactive training sessions in accordance with performance standards
Responsible for performance improvement and product training within assigned dealerships
Identify opportunities for coaching sales consultants to manage & overcome objections & put knowledge into practice
Deliver extended learning with pre- & post- engagement activities & email communications
Working on special programme for VIP customers, assist the supervisor for compliant handling, Listen, explain and apply to customers inquires in terms of technical problems or ordinary service scheduels at high professional manners, proper exposure of job required, cost estimation, appointmnet allocation and delivery process.
Estimate repair/ service cost, explain full conditions allocate delivery dates and ensure of customer acknowledgmnet clearly .
Contact, explain and get customers approval for any addtional jobs for high security level.
