•Manage compensation & benefits structure that is legally compliant and commercially competitive to attract and retain talent
•Recommend compensation and benefit plans when needed
Training and Workforce Development
•Carry out training need assessment, prepare master training plan and recommend in-house/ external training programs
•Closely work with Training Providers and develop post-training feedback system and reinforcement initiatives to ensure achievement of training objectives
Recruitment and Employment Policies
•Develop recruitment and selection process to meet Company’s human resource requirements
•Process interviews, offer letters, appointment letters, and conduct orientation of new hires
Compliance with HR laws regulations and discipline
•Develop human resources policy manual
•Review policies and make improvements to be competitive in the market and compliant to local employment laws
Employees’ Record
•Manage employees’ records such as files, data, documentations, etc.
•Ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
Employee Services
•Provide employee services such as travel bookings, leave planning & administration, support for health benefits claims, repatriation, employee communications, and related documentation
Performance Management
•Manage Performance Assessment System
•Analyze and prepare performance metrics and recommendations for management review and decision
•Issue reward letters to employees
•Conduct performance, job review counseling in participation with Line Managers as and when required
Human Resource Planning
•Forecasting the demand for staff

•Carry out Job Analysis exercises as needed, and develop Job Descriptions, Job Specifications

Manage contracts with supplier to provide local manpower as per site requirement
