As a Technical Support Engineer, as a member of a team I was to take responsibility for customers support and new installation (Software and Hardware) as well as internal IT activities within the company (the computer network, computer conditions and Server purchases). • Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Amadeus selling platform.
• Maintenance, upgrade and update (computers, software and system).

As an IT Specialist, I was to take responsibility for all the information technology activities within the company, the computer network, computer conditions and purchases. My job summarized in the following roles:
•Establishment and Administration of the computer’s networks (LAN - WAN), general status & troubleshooting.
•The design and configuration for the VPN using Cisco and Linksys devices.
