Reporting to Regional Sales Manager
- Managing and planning for Direct Sales, Whole Sale And Modern Trade in north Region Majma area through (4) sales trucks (about 40, 000, 000 SR/YEAR) with (2) Credit salesman and merchandising team.
- Contribute in achieving 60% progressive market share in my territory.
- Organize and control area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and carrying their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Develop all necessary procedures and process to ensure that all sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
- Monitor the performance of the sales staff and appraise the job being done by the sales team.
- Set up the sales supervisors monthly targets and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor and control all area budgets and ensure all financial objectives are met.
- Plan, organize, strategize and implement sales plan for the customers and team.
- Improve routes productivity.
- Accurate rolling sales forecast (long / short) term within demand planning process.
- Monitoring competitor activity, forming plans for increasing market share and communicating channel activities.
- Analyzing sales statistics and ensuring organizational sales goals are met on a continual basis.

- Managing and planning for 3 pre-sell in Makkah (about 30, 000, 000 SR/YEAR) with (1) sales supervisors and merchandisers team.
- leading my team to increase our distribution for all brands.
- Increased with my team the company objectives to achieve distribution multi serve products.
- Ensure that our contract implementation 100% and our activity in all markets.
