1- Employee Status Changes: I receive a request to change some information of the employee in the system. So I update it and send a notification of the staff and his line manager.
2- Monitoring the Retro program before payroll run.
3- Monitoring the overtime budget and approve the requests in ERP.
4- Checking the Shift allowance, Night Shift, Head set and acting Allowance in monthly basis.
5- Working with IT to add some enhancement new functions in the system to improve the system of the payroll and following some technical issues appearing during the payroll OR calculation FS.
6- Responsible for preparing the payroll for all Mobily staff.
7- Enhance the payroll system in Oracle application.
8- Collecting all the necessary data such as Sales commission, performance bonus etc. from the departments to enter it in the system by data loader application.
9- New Hired Employee Enrollment, by checking the contract of the staff and enroll him in the salaries run by adding his bank account his route etc.
10- Final settlement process, manually calculate the amount payable to any employee who has left the company and check it with the policy. As well with the FS generated from the system.
11- Approving a payment request in the system such as Car Allowance, Housing Advance payment and etc.
12- Supporting staffs, by replying to their concern if there is like ticketing, schooling eats…. And explain for any issue in their pay slip.
13- Involving in the policy and procedure for some allowance.
