My duties & Responsibilities were:
Teach & train clinical courses for undergraduate nursing students in university labs, Hospital, & Health centers; these courses : Fundamental of Nursing, Physical Examination, , Adult Health I, Adult Health II, Community Health Nursing, Pediatric Health Nursing, Maternity Health Nursing, Psychiatric Health Nursing &Critical Care Nursing
Assist in teaching and evaluation of students' clinical skills (clinical/ lab) performance under the supervision of the course instructor/ coordinator.
Conduct tutorial sessions to in clinics and labs under close supervision of the course instructor/ coordinator
Prepare labs in terms of equipment and materials if needed. Before, during and at the end of the lab session and also towards the end of each semester.
Assist the faculty and other staff members in issues related to exams such as participation in clinical competency exams, setting up labs for exams, invigilation and supervision of students, as required.
Attend departmental and committee meetings as required.
Monitor student professional behavior, attendance and conduct and provide feedback to the faculty in charge.
Perform other duties -including administrative work- as deemed necessary by the department chairs/ dean.
Maintain the laboratories in working condition.
Ensure that the laboratories including all equipment are fully functional.
- Support the students' laboratory and clinical training under the guidance of the faculty member teaching the course.
Registered Nurse “Radiology”,
Implement patient care
• Scheduled patient admissions and discharges.
• Interact with departments regarding patient care.
• Educate patients/families on health care needs, conditions, options etc.
• Provide assistance to Nursing Manager in the supervision of staff nurses.
• Evaluate staffing requirements including floor assignments.
• Maintained patient charts and confidential files.
• Performed clinical tasks according to hospital policies.

For Angiogram unit
*Ensure preoperative checks and prior to the administration of any anesthetic or surgical radiological procedure.
*Psychological Preparation using appropriate communication.
*Physically monitoring the patient using electronic devices.
*Process Management ensuring safeguards against wrong operations.
*Report discrepancies to the Anesthetist / Surgeon / Theatre Manager or Senior Member of Theatre Staff on Duty.
*ensure that correct aseptic techniques are used at all times.
* Implemented Hospital department improvements.
