Current Company Job Description:
• Daily Wise Vehicle Status Report Update to Higher Management and Divisional Management.
• As per the driver complaint of the vehicle generate the complaint in CAFM and issue the manual work order and send to garage for Analyzing and repair. Once repair is done close the CAFM with job completion.
• Accident vehicles, first take the survey of damages in front of the vehicle and send the Accident report to Insurance company to get the Claim Registration and send the vehicle to workshop for repair.
• Insurance follow up for the Total Loss accident claim charges approval and cheque.
• Daily Fleet Utilization follow up.
• Advise to Team Leader for Vehicle hand over and take over to the Driver by manual vehicle check list.
• When the vehicle hand over to driver or take over from driver before diagnose the vehicle condition.
• Vehicle passing and Mulkiya Renewal and Fines process through RTA.
• If necessary follow up the labour court cases also as per HR department.
• Accident court case documents Clearance from Dubai Licensing center.
• Impounded vehicles collect from Poilce custody.
• Fines payment and selling vehicles possession certificate process.
• Vehicle Speed limiter test process on vehicle renewal period.
• RTA related all works responsible.

• Daily Wise Taxi Vehicle Status Report Update to Higher Management and Divisional Management.
• As per the driver complaint the vehicle take road test or Visual Test and find the defect then send the vehicle to workshop with repair order (work order generate in focal).
• Accident vehicles, first take the survey of damages in front of the vehicle and send the vehicle to body shop garage with repair order and Accident paper(work order generate in focal).
• Insurance follow up for the Third party and major driver fault and Total Loss accident repair charges approval.
• Daily Fleet Utilization follow up.
• Vehicle hand over and take over to the Driver in system wise (focal).
• When the vehicle hand over to driver or take over from driver before diagnose the vehicle condition.
• Vehicle passing and Mulkiya Renewal follow up.
• All accident vehicles documents are maintaining in soft copy and hard copy.
• Rejob vehicle Status and Warranty Job vehicle status documents are maintaining in Excel Sheet update to the Higher Management.
• Accident court case documents are hand over to PRO and follow up.
• All driver Fault accident repair charges are advising to accounts department on monthly wise with driver and vehicle details to deduct the amount from driver.
• Recovery vehicle arrange to Break down vehicles
