 ROLES:
 Monitoring Oil & Gas Projects during execution, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and
Startup, as well as the Handover to Operations;
 Manage relationships with stakeholders within the framework of ongoing projects;
 Oversee the Project Management Consulting (PMC) contracts during the execution phase of Oil & Gas
projects;
 Prepare and formalize amendment documents with the support of Legal and Financial Departments until
signature;
 Ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement policy and a monitoring and reporting system for Oil
& Gas projects;
 Develop and consolidate the development plans related to the execution of Oil & Gas projects and contribute
to the establishment of the annual budget in collaboration with the relevant Departments;
 Establish procedures for monitoring project progress, with the assistance of Support Departments;
 Ensure planning and management of resources, according to project Requirements;
 Collaborate with operators and Support Departments to develop testing, Startup, and commissioning
procedures for the facilities;
 Initiate project reviews for Oil & Gas projects in the execution phase, involving other Departments;
 Establish a project database (work ratios based on project reports, costs, timelines, etc.);
 Develop a grid of ratios to evaluate the monthly production of projects;
 Prepare consolidated periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) on project status;
 Collaborate with Project Support Departments to monitor project schedules and the overall timetable;
 Ensure the control and monitoring of payments in relation to the progress of work, based on the schedule and
budget;
 Represent projects in collaboration with Project Support Departments to external services.

 Report to the Project Director any discrepancies in cost and schedule;
 Verify all invoices and proceed with the follow-up related to the Contractors payments;
 Monitor the procurement operations of the Project;
 Gather the necessary information for monitoring suppliers;
 Ensure interface with the Contractor concerning the Projects schedule and cost;
 Ensure all necessary reserve letters related to insurance are properly managed and monitored;
 Monitor the execution of contracts, follow up with the Contractor if needed to limit delays in delivery;
 Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Project Director;
 Contribute to technical meetings of the Project involving decision-making on cost and/or schedule impacts.

 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time, particularly critical
items that could impact the schedule;
 Monitor inventory levels to ensure that the right number of materials is available at the right time, preventing
delays and overstocking;
 Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier
communications, and delivery schedules;
 Ensure that the received goods and services comply with the specifications and quality standards before
acceptance;
 Follow up on warranty claims and any quality issues that arise post-delivery, coordinating with suppliers for
resolution.
