1. Make sales calls to new and existing patients.

3. Maintain up‐to‐date information on all patients interactions in the database.
4. Follow up on patients appointments.
1. Writing all official correspondences (letters/memo) in English/Arabic (short typing).
2. Arranging meeting with visitors.
3. Follow up the work with department employees.
4. Prepare reports related to the department work.
5. All other ordinary secretary work.
6. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
7. Make travel arrangements.
