Manage information system and processes penitent to support department strategy.
Communicate with relevant departments across the company to identify the need for employees
Establish good relations with recruitment agencies, online services, and universities as appropriate to find suitable candidates
Issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports, sponsorship and other related requirements at government entities (Labor office, Passports directorate, etc )
Prepare written documents in order to complete affairs at chamber of commerce with their relevant entities related to identification, requests for government services.
Be the point of contact for company employees, understanding their concerns and manage with relevant parties to resolve any matters
Participate in developing HR standards, requirements, policies and procedures that meet the needs of the company.
Manage relevant departments with all administrative matters related to payroll, benefits, record-keeping
Responsible with regard to entire positions which deal with employees needs and activates.
Design and sets employee track, salaries and professional hierarchy.
Support and develop employees to enable them assume handle more duties.
Human Resource:
• Communicate with relevant departments across the Nesma Group to identify
the need for employees
• Establish good relations with recruitment agencies, online services, and
universities as appropriate to find suitable candidates
• Manage the supply of candidates with the right capabilities for the company to meet business needs
• Assist with conducting interviews
• Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotion and career paths and grading system.
• Participate in managing the company appraisal and bonus system.
Administration:
• Coordinate issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports,
sponsorship and other related requirements at government entities (Labor office,
Passports directorate, etc )
• Prepare written documents in order to complete affairs at chamber of commerce ther
relevant entities related to identification, requests for government services.
• Maintain the company vehicles list and updated registrations/ licenses for company cars
• Store the passports of non-Saudi employees safely and track them through use of official documents signed by the relevant authority
Recruitment:
• Communicate with relevant departments across the Nesma Group to identify the need for employees
• Establish good relations with recruitment agencies, online services, and universities as appropriate to find suitable candidates
• Manage the supply of candidates with the right capabilities for the company to meet business needs
• Assist with conducting interviews
Employee Relations:
• Be the point of contact for company employees, understanding their concerns and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any matters
• Supervise implementation of a new employee orientation program
• Participate in developing HR standards, requirements, policies and procedures that meet the needs of the company
• Assist relevant departments with all administrative matters related to payroll, benefits, record-keeping
• Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions and career paths and grading scale
• Assist with the development of talent management and succession planning in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives
• Participate in managing the company’s appraisal and bonus systems
• Helped in building and auditing Organization Charts.
• Receiving new candidates.
• Coordinating with the conductors & lining up the interviews.
• Processing the Offer Letters and Work Contracts.
• Following up the entire recruitment procedures
