Key Responsibilities:
• Developing comprehensive capacity plans to achieve the business objectives based on planning and implementation processes, sales forecasts and material handling systems for the coffee shop.
• Looking after purchases and procurements to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery within specified time frame.
• Focusing on achieving the targets while handling inter/intra departmental co-ordination to ensure smooth customer experience at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing policies & procedures.
• Introducing and implementing various systems to enhance productivity and production techniques.
• Deploying effective measures to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and benchmarks.
• Maintaining highest customer standards and customer experience at the coffee shop for repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Involved in developing business for the organization, identifying business opportunities & generating business plans to achieved the same & located clients in targeted segments to secure profitable business.
• Coordinating with management in developing sales & marketing strategies; continuously working upon the existing services through consistent pricing analysis, review and implementation of improvement activities
• Effectively managing customer relation ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing quality service and ensured adherence to service quality norms.
• Analyzing competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points and recommending new product ideas to marketing team based on client needs.
• Supervising contracting and negotiations with all suppliers and fulfilment partners.
• Working in close coordination between departments such as Finance, Corporate communications, IT and Global Sales to align the department objectives and processes with the overall commercial strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handled all functions of Accounts Receivables / Payables including debtors / creditors reconciliation.
• Maintained cash book, bank book, debtor’s ledger, creditor’s ledger and various other subsidiary books of accounts.
• Responsible for issuing Purchase orders to the Vendors. Ensured that vendor reconciliation is carried out on monthly basis.
• Monitored and managed the day-to-day accounting operations including maintaining income, cash and expenses, interest & tax ledgers for data entry.
• Designed & implemented systems & procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts, reconciliation statements and financial statements.
• Reviewed Raw Material and Stores Inventory and generated MIS for the Top Management.
• Consolidated MIS reports with key data and submitted the same to management for review.
• Managed all the administrative & official activities while coordinating with other departments.
