• Dealing with Oracle System Software:
 US, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabian supplier payments (online/e-banking)
 Checking the availability of invoices, statement of accounts and their correctness and communication with suppliers
 Processing of payment vouchers using online/e-banking and liaison with central finance at least 7 working days before due dates.
 Follow up for TT references, communication to suppliers of TT references and payment break up.
 Availing of maximum eligible rebates for all suppliers and reconciliation of rebates receivable with the actual rebates received. Accounting of rebates availed.
 Dealing with Saudi Arabian payments and assisting Saudi Arabian office in reconciliation
