1. Responsible for annual budgeting, controlling costs and keeping the organization on track financially.

12. Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
13. Dialogue with clientele about customer service issues or queries
14. Perform training sessions
15. Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies
