Duties;
• Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy.
• Managing the annual salary review process for the company.
• Promoting equality and diversity in the recruitment process.
• Ensuring that all company policies are up to date in line with current employment law.
• Supporting supervisors to ensure the success of their teams.
• Ensuring that the correct recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to.
• Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets.
• Advising on staff promotions.
• Assisting with day-to-day HR related questions.
• Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.
• Investigating disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Developing HR policies.
• Planning, and delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
- Achieve monthly and annually sales targets.
- Building a strong list of customers in catering and food services fields.
- Maintains and develops excellent relationship with hotels, and restaurants.
- The follow-up delivery of products to customers and overcome the obstacles to them and respond to their needs.
- Follow up sales collections and take corrective actions when delays occur.
- Follow-up returns and returns of Products Company and handling defects own returns and put proposals to do so. Follow up with the stores
- Stay updated with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Preparing and sending regular market report with the updated situations concerning market and competitors.
- Categorizes customers based on size, withdrawals, and potentiality.
- Follow routs plans and customers’ visits.
