1-Training, Young Professional Development Program and Career Development -
2-Assists employees to assess learning needs and formulate training plan.
3-Coordinate with department Managers/Heads to assess employee training needs from the performance management process and facilitate training (technical and soft skills) to meet learning needs of employees.
4-Develop and monitor career & development plans for individual employees identified for possible progression in Succession Planning
5-Share responsibility for the preparation of Young Professional Development Program for Qatari performing below average to develop their skills and regularly monitor their on-the-job performance in conjunction with the Department Managers.
6-Coordinate and administer a meaningful internship program to include monitoring and counseling of the intern on issues and relative activities.
7-Manage the Performance Management process, identify and address possible inconsistencies in execution and ratings.
8-Ensure that all training and development efforts are in compliance with company's Employment Regulations and other laws.
9-Adapt and adopt leading concepts and best practices into the company.
1-Administer all the training activities (In house, in Doha and out of Doha Courses).
2-Write the work flow for the training department on JCC.
3-Trained the internship’s student from the university, & follow up with their supervisors at their universities.
4-To source appropriate training course.
5-Monitor the attendance of employees at training courses
6-Communicate with the training centers for the updates calendar of the training courses.
7-Coordinate the preparation of the annual training plan.
8-Establish the Rotation program for the new joiner.
1- Accommodation for (trainee, employee, channel visitor - guests)
2- Transportation (economically cars with drivers or without for the employees & guests)
3- Secretary for the HR Manager, I can handle all the secretaries' thing, which helps me to get a perfect knowledge for all the checklist of HR Services department.
I have the ICDL certificate and course in writing letter , mails and memos in english. also i have a course preparation and implementation of control systems and personnel, electronic management of human resources. I can handle almost all the materials regards the HR services and training departement. I worked as a coordinator for the PR dept and Secartery for the HR Manager, which gave me a perfect backgroung of the HR job.
