• Process residence visas for Jumeirah colleagues, dependents entertainers, tennis coaches, house maids and students based on the company policy and in compliance with the immigration law.
• Maintain records of all visas applied online.
• Maintain records of all passports which are going out to immigration.
• Prepare and distribute daily/monthly reports.
• Liaise with the PRO for visa related issues.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing passports.
• Accountable for all the information typed on the residence visa.

• Process employment visas for Jumeirah colleagues, entertainers, tennis coaches, house maids and students based on the company policy and in compliance with the immigration law.
• Process visa cancellations of Jumeirah colleagues, dependents entertainers, tennis coaches, house maids and students based on the company policy and in compliance
• Processing all type of letters
• Administering the medical process for all new joiners, dependents, students, tennis coaches, entertainers, house maids and existing colleagues:
• Processing visa medical, and Occupational Health Card
• Booking the required transportation for medical appointments.
• Following up on medical results and arrange additional tests if required.
• Maintaining OHC records on Mercury.
• Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.

• Responsible for generate reports and maintaining the databases.
