• Develop and manage the quality teams (60+ person) and strengthen their commitment, achieving 100% of quality goals with an average of 1 PPM
• Recruit and train quality personal and reorganize the quality department, reducing the yearly turnover from 15% to 3%
• Establish and manage the overall department KPI’s and goals, and ensure a regular monitoring of QA team performance, and quality reporting for all relevant parties
• Spearhead the treatment of customer & internal quality issues, optimizing the average treatment time from 45 to 6 days and reducing 60% of yearly customer claims
• Supervise the set up of corrective and preventive actions CAPA and optimize its KPI’s to achieve monthly realization and efficiency rates both >90%
• Stimulate the plant hygiene management system by establishing a proactive approach for the different hygiene risks and reducing more than 60% of yearly hygiene issues
• Manage and re-organize the supplier quality service, achieving more than 95% of issues regularly detected during incoming inspection, reducing from 6 to 1 day the lead time of material release, and solving 100% of supplier claims
• Schedule and follow up with the Engineering department the Validation & Qualification activities for the new projects and for product/process changes
• Provide quality leadership to ensure the respect of relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage the production, quality, method and maintenance teams for a Fiat/PSA/Maserati products production unit (120+ person)
• Recruit, train and develop the APU team, reducing the Turn-over from 14% to 3% and completing building the APU team with highly successful team members
• Actively participate in the meetings of the Executive Management Committee and the plant QRQC, and ensure regular reporting of the APU results
• Spearhead the daily meeting of the APU Gemba (APU QRQC) to ensure regular monitoring of performance results and the treatment of the different issues (claims, scraps, and internal issues : quality/production/breakdowns/RH)
• Drive lean projects and optimize the treatment of quality or production issues, increasing the efficiency rate from 50% to 100%, reducing 80% of scraps and total claims (VSM, SMED, Variability hunting, Pull Flow Kanban, ..)
• Perform the safety audits and ensure necessary measures are taken to improve the APU safety level including proper safety trainings and inspections
• Successfully organize the launch of the new projects with 70% decrease of related issues during serial production
• Ensure customer and certification audits IATF16949 without any non-conformity
• Manage and develop the production and maintenance team in the plant (50+ person)
• Analyze and develop immediate, medium and long-range programs to improve production methods and processes and to enhance competitiveness
• Lead the daily activities meetings with the different internal parties (quality, logistic...)
• Manage and develop the training system to ensure quality level improvement without any quality control, and succeed to finish all customer and certification audits without any non-conformity
• Drive regular management of operational KPI's and goals, including performance team management and reporting the performance analysis to interested parties
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality level, increasing productivity more than 4 times without any additional production line, and redressing the yearly total claims from 30 to 1 without any quality control (3 PPM) : 5S, SMED, TPM
• Develop the new products and prepare its manufacturing protocols and tools
• Deal with time sensitive materials and ensure the on-time availability of Finish goods
• Drive the corrective and preventive maintenance and optimize maintenance costs
• Develop and manage the quality service for Passat & Audi TT Module production unit (MB) (QA team of 30 person) and ensure the achievement of 100% of quality goals with an average of 2 PPM
• Supervise and schedule the transfer project of Audi A3 Module production lines to a new subcontractor, meanwhile keeping under control the quality level
• Head of the quality service for Passat KSK (complete Car’s Wiring) production unit (60+ person of QA team), and manage the crisis period with VW redressing the plant supplier rating level from level B to A in just 10 months
• Provide quality leadership and management to approve and assess the production & control equipments and through each product/process changes
• Perform regular analyze of quality performance KPI’s and ensure correspondent reporting to the management
• Direct 8D problem solving teams for customer-related quality issues, including tracking, reporting, problem solving issues, implementing actions, and data analysis
• Supervise QC activities and develop the QC strategy to ensure major quality issues are regularly well targeted in a real basis time and achieve 70% improvement of customer satisfaction
• Drive continues improvement, as well as lean and Re-engineering activities, leading to successfully redress 80% of customer complaints
• Ensure the update of production control plans PLP and the product/process FMEA to ensure full control of both products and production processes
• Develop and improve relationship with key major suppliers to achieve quality goals
- Supervise field operations and follow its operational activities as a company man for 2 wells: 1 development well (Drilling & Completion) and 1 exploration well (Drilling & Abandonment).
- Prepare the drilling program for 1 exploration well.
- Prepare the final drilling well reports for these2 wells.
• Establish and manage the risk assessment system for the overall products and processes in the plant, and supervise the Change Control system
• Implement the PDCA approach to increase 20% in quality control performance
• Improve the Layout and the organisation of incoming inspection laboratory and succeed to reduce 40% of Raw material release lead-time
• Develop a Raw Material Kanban area for the production rooms
Set up a management system of the environment in accordance with the standard ISO 14001:2004 and its integration with the security and quality management systems already present on site.
