•Change all the valves & special peaces & suction and delivery lines.
•Fabricate and install 5 DB.
•Execute of # 3 administration buildings.
•Repair all the 6 pump station control room and refinish them interior and exterior finishing
Coordinates and monitoring the work of outside contractors
•Study, analysis, prepare tender documents and evaluate technically, financially of new consultancy, construction and renovation besides supervising the execution of the projects.
•Review all the sites drawings which issued from the consultant to the contractors
•Monitoring the progress and quality of all construction works.
•Review the time schedule with the consultant and the contractor.
•Review and approve the payments for the contractor.
