Perfromance Indicator: Efficiency of Call Collection Mediation Conversion, Call Duplication & Recycling Ratios, Rating Chain & Bill Cycle run correctness, No of Generated Invoices vs billed customers

Administer the monitoring the IS Operations resource for High Availability, Performance Load Balancing, and Troubleshooting utilizing standard operations Management software. Perfromance Indicator: Maximize System performance Measures, Minimize down-times & recovery windows, Maximize systems efficiency, Effective Integrated Monitoring & Alarming

Implement IS operations systems Security policies and participate in security audits, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Drills to ensure all related IS Operations services are properly configured in regards to security aspects. Performance Indicator : Maximize System performance Measures, Minimize down-times & recovery windows, Maximize systems efficiency, Effective Integrated Monitoring & Alarming
