• Developed various business, awareness, and advocacy content on various environmental matters, such as global climate change, negotiation strategies, Saudi Arabia’s policy position, Carbon Taxation, Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and their alternatives, among others, as a member of the Saudi delegation to UNFCCC.
• Formulated the International Policy Group strategy, developed its workforce plan, and advocated for it refocusing on maritime policy to exploit its competitive advantage.
• Audited various administrative and operational organizations during an 18-months champion assignment to the Audit Department, received on-the-job and professional training, and self-studied for Audit, fraud examination, and investigation certifications.

• Established the organization’s comprehensive HR infrastructure with HR director to accelerate the organization’s start-up and created HR content for the company website.
• Devised and led effective marketing strategy for the center’s inauguration ceremony in Riyadh, including various awareness campaigns (in and out of the company) with the PR Director to significantly enhance website traffic and event registration rates.
