Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for genuine Accessories products.
Successfully manage channel sales for existing dealers while actively expanding the network by identifying and onboarding new dealers.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure efficient order and distribution management, working closely with the technician team to ensure timely pre-delivery accessories installation.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities and optimize product launch and display strategies.
Coordinate the procurement of accessories from South Korea, ensuring successful launch and distribution across the Kingdom.

Foster effective communication with the manufacturer (Hyundai MOBIS) and other OEM manufacturers in South Korea to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of accessories.
Utilize advanced data analysis skills, including Excel, Power Query, and Orange Data Mining, to extract, clean, transform, wrangle, model, and mine data, enabling data-driven decision-making for improved business outcomes.
Continuously track and analyze key metrics such as installations, inventory, sales, and customer feedback, utilizing insights to optimize operational efficiency and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsible for the operating result of the branch- Sales, Service & Spares.

Mentoring and Coaching Assistant Sales Manager & Team leaders to control all activities of sale staff in terms of prospecting, qualifying customers, demonstrating product, doing test drives, negotiating & closing deals.
Ensure that showroom facilities are properly managed in terms of displays, cleanliness, storage space, customer Inquiries, etc.
Manage and control all costs pertaining to sales operations at locations to ensure costs are closely managed and net contribution is optimize
Ensure that the Sales team meets following KPI's - Sales units, Contribution in Targets, Customer Satisfaction target & Associated Automobile businesses like Accessories, Insurance etc.
Monitor stocks levels at locations to ensure stock turnover is maximized.
Ensuring the team achieves & exceeds the given targets.
Ensure core sales standards are maintained consistently.
Planning Activities & events boosting sales process and ensuring the plans are executed in down line properly.
Provide suggestion and feedback to the manufacturer regarding the changes and scenario in local markets.
Verifying & scrutinizing the work done in down line.
Ensure that the sales team has build and maintain comprehensive data base of customer profile and Prospects.
Shape and implement a customer strategy to retain and attract customer delivering a differentiating retail experience for each customer.
• Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige
• Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target
• Deliver excellent customer service, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
• Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base. Adhere to the discount yardsticks laid by the company.
• Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers. This ensures safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss
• Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features and benefits, general automotive industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques and customer handling skills.
• Maintain, and a forge solid relationship with customers and business partners. Improve the CSI customer satisfaction index.
• Motivating the staff to achieve sales targets and exceed it, to maintain team work in the branch to make the process smooth running and hassle free
• To manage the location inventory within acceptable standards and be able to handle customers at all levels.
• To Identify new business opportunities.
• To maintain customer service standards and parts process that meets the principal and company's requirements
• To ensure predictive parts ordering takes place to maintain high level of customer service
