Responsible for providing a broad spectrum of executive administrative and coordinator support. Primary responsibilities include developing and supporting standardized processes that will be used across Finance activities (e.g., onboarding, recognition, meeting routines), collaboration with Executive Assistants, HR and Facilities Management to accomplish goals; as well as perform daily Executive Assistant duties (e.g., calendar and travel management, internal/external meeting planning and execution, department budgeting/forecasting, assistance in preparing Board level materials (e.g., PowerPoint), etc.).
Executive Support - manage all aspects of inbound calls, Outlook calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting agendas and related deliverables.
Organize external and team meetings, including scheduling/logistics, communicating to meeting participants, coordinating with applicable resource and meeting room set up, food/meal arrangements, etc. Assist in identifying creative team building ideas and related planning/execution. Also requires interaction with hotels for meetings held outside of office (requesting quotes, managing contract, sleeping rooms, etc.)
Assist with management of the department budgets and forecasts, including review of direct report expense reports, travel expense management, intercompany charges, processing of 3rd party billings,
-Undertook an auditand put in place Accounting and Financial Control Mechanisms according to International laws
- Helped in the prevention, minimization of financial risks and the disclosure of anormalies.
- In charge of Customers and Suppliers Accounts for the Hotel des Idrissides

- Advisor to businesses in the perimeter so as to optimize their customs operations.
- Understudied the financial and commercial strategies in order to propose better strategies.

Applied finance Master is a curriculum dedicated to both Coporate finance and Financial Markets with Higher focus on Econometrics statistics. Having the opportunity to study this curiculum helped me to open My mind on such descipline.
