•Processes enrolments, changes, and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs. Liaise with Payroll with activities related to air ticket payments, leave, and extras charges for personal documents (e.g. update of labour contract) for the accurate and timely payroll processing.
•Liaise with Al Otaiba for the issuance of medical cards for all staff. Assists employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns.

Terminations & Resignations:
•Ensure all termination and resignation formalities have been effectively completed by relevant parties.
•Ensures clearance letter, visa/labour card cancellations are completed. Generate exit interview reports for analysis.
•Liaise with Finance department regarding final settlement of end of service benefit to the employee leaving the company.

Visa & Labour Card Process:
•Maintain and update a Visa and Labour Card Database so to effectively liaise with line managers and the PRO. Coordinate with Finance department regarding Bank guarantee, Ministry of Labor & Immigration charges.
•Maintain an effective relationship with the PRO related to Immigration and Labor rules and processes. Submit necessary documents in a timely manner to avoid fines with regards to the processing of employment, visit visas, labour card and trade license renewals.
•Ensure the timely and effective follow-up and monitor developments of visa processing. Notify new recruits on documents required in processing their employment visas.
Event Management Process
•Working with the Marketing Manager to successfully deliver both the company and third party events at which the company has a presence.
•Coordinate marketing and sales efforts for industry tradeshows and events. Work with marketing groups on getting the best presence possible at all events to enable sales team to meet their objectives at each show.
