Annual/monthly salary reporting on social insurance portal.
Filing work accident reports with social insurance authority.
New requirements as per updates on GOSI, such as uploading of contracts on the portal for all employees.
- Upload to the payroll file through the governmental portal MOL.
- Finalizing clearance for employees exit.
- Recruiting.
- Participating in applicant interviews.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Processing employees' leaves.
- Processing employees' salaries.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Preparing staff handbooks.
- Handling the required procedures of medical insurance.
o Dispatching:
- Contacting customers to confirm their banking & personal details.

o Ticketing:
- Working at Helpdesk program.
