Place orders prepared by buyers and send copies to suppliers to ensure
the stores have sufficient supplies, and handle the required follow up.
• Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more
materials when necessary.
• Respond to Buyers and Suppliers inquiries about order status, changes,
or cancellation of orders.
• Perform buying duties when necessary.
• Review suggested orders from suppliers to verify accurate quantity
needed in the stores.
• Computes costs and suggested retail price for new products according to
region before sending it for creation.
• Forward invoices/ credit notes to appropriate accounts when it comes to
promotions and price reductions.
• Coordinates with Department Managers and Buyers to make sure that
Return to Vendor and transfers are complete.
• Communicates any on going/ ending promotions to Customer Service,
Department Managers and Shop Managers.
• Communicates any price change that will take effect the following day to
all stores.
• Prepares stock and sales report as requested by Buyers and Suppliers.
• Prepares weekly reports for new releases and top sellers.
