- Office manager to the Regional Manager in Alexandria Region, as follows:- Prepare and maintain office files.
- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and
Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines
- Maintain very good awareness of the area under supervision in addition to overall corporate and retail market coverage
- Maintain ability to recognize and identify the needs and opportunities of the corporate customers and retail.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the corporate&retail business line functioning
- Initiate proposals based on actual/estimated needs of corporate or retail clients
-Responsible for solving all problems faced
- Act as a point of contact with the corporate credit client in case of need
- Hold and attend regular meetings with relevant entities with the region
- Ensure that the bank’s policies and procedures are applied and respected
-Keep track & supervise all files movement from one location to another
-Organize the Bank's events like sponsorship, anniversary and cocktail parties.
All of the above are in addition to my long previous banking experiences.

First i worked as an assistant for the regional general manager for the retail banking in alexandria. Then i worked as a customer service and loan officer, cross-seller, insurance and marketing officer. Also i worked in the deposit and foreign exchanges department, from which i had many experiences dealing with clients with many other nationalities.
Then 2 years in letters of guarantee department.

I spent 2 months as a Customer service representative in Mobinil Company dealing with all kind of customers, trying to solve all their problems, cross -selling and marketing all the company products
