• Typing and following up: visa process/residency/change status/EIDA/cancellation/renewal/limited & unlimited contracts / work permits/temporary and mission work permits/ family visa/insurance/domestic labor application for families/ modifying personal information in government systems.
• Arranging tourist visa for required cases.
• Work on different systems like MOHRE, immigration (MOI), EIDA and Notary public.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face or by email.
• Manage visa applications process by preparing it with supporting documents and coordinating with individuals in order to have an accurate and fast service.
• Following up all transactions until completion.
