Brief of My Tasks:
•My Duties were included All HR Tasks & its duties.
•Mainly The important Responsibility was Applying the Internal Policy on the staff.
•Follow employees’ attendance.
•Prepare daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Reports.
•Prepare employees Assessments.
•Supervise on Hiring Process from ads. To hiring employees/ make first or final interview too.
•Supervise on Insurance Process & employees automatic and manual files archiving
•Supervise & Train Admin. Staff (Hr employee if found/ Secretaries /Admin. Affairs & Office boys.
•Supervise all branches (Cairo & Alex.) needs from stationery & maintenance, and anything.
•Attend some meeting for (EIFFA &Alex. Chamber) as Representative from our Company.
•Prepare all needed documents for company and coding system for them.
