Managing Saudi Aramco GES+ EWO Projects

Over fifteen (15) years of experience in Industrial and Commercial Establishments including oil & gas including Project Management, Construction Supervision, Procurement, Testing & Commissioning, Business Development and Project Proposals. His experience includes development of basic & detailed design deliverables including Compressors, Pumps, Tanks and Pressure Vessels specifications, material requisitions, review Vendor’s quotations, prepare Technical Bid Evaluation and recommend final acceptable Vendors, Approve Trends and Change orders. Experience also includes design of Pipe Lines Network and related disciplines.

Sales operations for high pressure RTR pipes in eastern region of Saudi and carried projects with Saudi Aramco, and KJO (Khafji Joint Operation Company) which involves Supplying Pipes and complete engineering package (i.e. Stress Analysis, Site Supervision, Standards..Etc.)

Part of the Work activities:
-Handling the commercial responsibilities
-Cost Estimating Engineer, provide a cost estimating service to Area Sales Managers, and change proposals, through all phases of the project lifecycle according to agreed procedures and standards such as data base of SAP, Price Book etc.
- Maintain a cost engineering database of SAP(with necessary documentation to allow quality benchmarking of the estimates) competitiveness of norms, allowances and contingencies.

-Oversee the Operation and maintenance of the treated Sanitary waste water Networks and Pump stations.
-Established new flushing system in the main Irrigation pipe line to reduce the sediments and pollution of the treated sanitary water, as a result the maintenance of the Sprinklers, lateral pipes and solenoids are reduced significantly.
-Leaded three teams to establish Inventory of the all Gate Vales, Butterfly Vales and Valve Chambers in the irrigation network in Jubail Industrial and resident district in three month’s time frame.
-Leaded team for repairing Under Ground Main Pipeline of Irrigation Network (Diameter 1.20 Meter - 10 meters under ground) and successfully rectified it in period of 6 days and received Honor Certificate.
-Oversee the main workshop for maintaining heavy equipment’s and vehicles such as Front End Loaders, Heavy Trucks, Rough train Crain, Forklift, Skid Loaders, Water Tankers, Pickups etc.
-Supervised the Mobilization Process of all the Facilities and Heavy equipment machineries to establish new Royal Commission section named Treated Waste Water Irrigation Networks and Pump Stations.
