- Promote the company Managed Security Services which include different services offered through company’s SOC including Detection & Response services.
- Help organizations to comply with Cybersecurity regulations (NCA & SAMA).
- Creating the technical design and solution description documentation.
- Help organizations in writing the RFP and defining the exact requirements in addition to scope of work.
- Ensure appropriate costs/pricing are created in line with the solution design.
- Support sales team during customer meetings, focusing on positioning the company solutions and services, understanding customer needs, and managing expectations.
- Contribute to closing sales opportunities by providing technical/commercial expertise.
- Define appropriate scopes of work (SOW) for proposed cyber security solutions/services.
- Develop comprehensive technical content for proposals, including drawings, project plans, technical compliance, and other necessary RFP requirements.
- Ensuring a successful handover to operations for solution delivery
- Organize, manage, and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) activities with customers.

- Define solution & product for customer requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations.
- Provide a professional end-to-end proposal management service for quality proposal documents.
- Prepared in response to complex RFP/RFQ/RFIs.
- Establish new communication channels, Customer Engagement.
- Project presales support, including customer communication, technical discussion, solution proposal.
- Support customers in preparing the RFP/RFQ documents, HLD design and building the requirements based on the customer needs.
- Main Clients: Government sectors, Ministry of Interior MOI, MOD, and Airports.

- Understand the customer requirements, identify client needs, and propose relevant solutions to premium customers: such as STC, MOBILY, Zain, and VIVA Bahrain.
- Create all parts of the Technical and Commercial proposal, High/Low Level Design.
- Initiate presales activities: Build BoQ/BoM’s, technical write-up, SOW, Work Methodology, PIP, Compliance sheets and Hierarchical Project Organization of the Solution design.
- Build the cost sheets and analyze the cost of each part of the proposed solution.
- Solution Implementation and testing
- Conduct presentations implement Proof-Of-Concepts (POCs).
