Joined Saudi Aramco in Central & West Projects Dept. as a project manager. Tasks including:
- Providing project leadership during all engineering project phases
Coordinating engineers activities with other disciplines and departments and for preparing or working with project controls to prepare factored estimate and milestone schedules.
- Responsible for marshaling and coordinating internal engineering resources, external engineering resources, and divisional departments to complete required deliverables.
- Primarily responsible for Project Execution Plan, Project Scope of Work, Project Objectives, and Project Design Basis.
- Working within project management team and design team to identify opportunity, establish project objectives, identify alternatives, solicit funds for all phases of project and report deviations on scope, cost or schedule.
- Coordinates the preparation of contracts, technical information and other information required for the award of design and construction contracts.
- Ensure that designs meet Saudi Aramco standards and specifications and that alternate designs or changes are economical, operable and meet safety, maintenance and schedule requirements.
Construction of turnkey projects of high voltage power substations including Civil, Electrical & Electromechanical works. Work consists of project planning, design review; supply monitoring, witness test and commission of project equipment and system associated with the work, managing project site and the project quality assurance.
