Ensure that training programs are maintained in line with training matrix.
Encourage and support employees for personal competence and development.
Setting up operational strategy, business plan, objectives, annual budget and forecasting and leading the team in all locations to achieve results.
1- ( Yemen ) Carry out inspection, Testing & NDT of Hoisting & Lifting Equipment for SAFER YEMEN in deferent Locations:
PRS 1, PRS 2, SAFER TANKER SHIP, HODAYDA BASE, CPU, KPU and PS 2.
Conformity of products/services according to relevant standards.
Fulfilling of customer’s technical requirement
Implementing of corrective/preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
Awareness of PUWER and LOLER regulations.
Awareness of British Standard/European Standard and ASME.
Wire Rope, Chain Block, Lever Hoist, Beam Clamp, Crawl Beam, Web Slings Inspection.

2- ( Egypt )Working as Sr. Rigging Specialist for Pharaonic Petroleum Co. (PHPCO/BP) Project (West Harbor New Extension Gas Plant).
Carry out inspection and site audit in regard to all lifting activities for Pharonic petroleum and its main contractors.
This includes endorsing lift plans; supervise lifting operations on site, assessing riggers and, crane, and forklift operators, inspection and load testing of lifting equipments and lifting gears.
Providing on job training inductions and brief lifting courses for lifting technicians and equipment operators on site.
Managing Velosi lifting data base system and submitting daily reports to client representatives.
Attending HSE meetings on monthly basis with operation and projects general managers representing Velosi to highlight incidents that could affect safe operation on site, and submit corrective actions that should be taking.
Main Job: Carry out Full Survey for SAIPEM Rig 5892, Witness’ by SHELL Company.
Carry out inspection surveys & the testing & NDT of Hoisting & Lifting Equipment to L.O.L.E.R & P.U.W.E.R regulations & British Standard.
Provide consultant supports, Operational, Technical, on all lifting and hoisting related activities.
Oversee all lifting /hoisting operations/activities at all work sites and ensure compliant to current company lifting and hoisting standards.
Ensure that all Lifting Operations, lifting management systems are in conformance with Regional practices and local legislation, through verification and audit of site operations and contractors site lifting management system.
Prepare and develop detailed lifting plans, overall management of all field service activities on daily basis.

Completed loose lifting surveys for clients onshore facilities and offshore rigs and platforms to compile with UK and International standards.
Complete Examination and Load Testing of cranes and associated plant.
Carried out MPI of client’s equipment.
Completed examination, load testing, MPI and defect reports of completed projects.
Used a range of resources to complete inspections and testing including Water Bags, dead weights, load cells, magnets, loose inspection tools and pad eye testers etc.
Good relationship with clients issuing quotations and sending invoices
Authorizing certificates of test /examination & NDT.
