Duties:
• Managing a team of approximately 15 employees in a busy work environment.
• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
• Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

• Implement and configure ERP application consulting customers.
• Train end users in specific modules such as Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Asset management, Warehouse Management and Production.
• Provide post-sales support as needed.
• Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops.
• Interact with teams of developers, offshore teams then monitor and tune performances.
• Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned.

Duties:
• Managing a team of approximately 35 employees in a busy work environment.
• Negotiating contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Creating, managing and analyzing performance data and other information.
• Ensuring that capacity and capability are continually planned.
• Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy
• Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with suppliers and
customers.
Responsible for tasks delegated by the store manager. In charged of the workplace and ensured it's smooth running and operation in the absence of store manager. Provided support to the manager in the planning and execution of all complex organizational activities and tasks. Doing this by highlighting the impacts, risks and consequences of any managerial decisions and also coming up with possible alternatives and different perspectives to business problems.
Effective management of a sales team up to 15 members. In charge of handling all customer complaints diplomatically and ensuring they are resolved amicably. Also involved in serving customers, recruiting staff and promoting their continuous training and development. Creating a constructive yet relaxed working environment where operational development and team efficiency is the highest priority.
