Created and developed the medical billing, accounting, and financial reporting systems of two hospitals almost from scratch - now with network systems of 23 terminals and 15 terminals, respectively. Managed all financial aspects: budgeting, financial analysis, cash forecasting and management, collections, payments, capital purchases, internal control, feasibility studies, statistics, tax, external audit requirements, and many other tasks. Helped turn around loss incurring entities into profitable firms.
