Handling/Distributing spare parts of HP Customer around Middle East and Africa.
Running the Cycle count on daily basis to meet the accuracy of in/out flow of our inventory.
Bin optimization to keep the multiple parts in one pin location.
Classification of the parts in order to have an easy access to the most requested part.
Follow up in coming/out going Orders and processes, as well as updates the local stock level with the receiving of the shipments.
Monitor the sys for out bound order to push our w/h staff to process it.

Ensure that all required Paper works are attached to the shipment to avoid any clearance delay.
Send two pre alert mails, one to the customer and one for our net work.
Follow up the shipment through our sys till get delivered at its final destination.

Special process for the part has “851762” HS code either for domestics or for international
Gathering figures to provide reliable reports to management.
Prepare the monthly billing.
Adhere to pick up the phone to answer our customers and solve their problems.
Update our own records/Reports and POD.
