Scope of work:
-
- Review design drawing, shop drawing, specification for Mechanical works
- Preparing list of equipment, skilled and unskilled man power requirements, and assist planning engineer in preparing manpower histogram, project schedule etc…(wherever applicable based on the project)
- Ensure that all mechanical installations are in compliance with the approved contract documents findings to the contractor.
- Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and reported
- Supervision work in the site ( HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumping ), and co-ordiate with other disciplines arange to project plan
- Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards
- Supervision of testing and commissioning of all mechanical completion of installation.
Projects: (Kenz Residential compound at 6 of October city)
- Compound content from 58 residential building, club house, Entertainment building with swimming pools, Kaya Mall inside compound and mosque
- Kazan Mall at Zaid city, 6th of October
Project activists:
- Review drawing, specification and cost estimates for MEP works
- Estimate and scope mechaical trades during pre-construction
- Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the Mechanical trades
- Manage and lead Mechanical subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner)
- Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all Mechanical installation activities, including cost and resource loading
- Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans
- Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation
- Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project
- Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner)
- Review drawing, specification and cost estimates for MEP works
- Install, operation and maintenance for HVAC system (VRF systems Samsung, Central air condition for Clean area to control (Temp, Humidity, Dust), DX units (carrier)
- Install Firefighting & Fire alarm, water, drainage, irrigation networks with pumps
- Install compressed air pipes network with compressors
- '(Ingersoll -Rand) and Dryers, steam pipe network with 3 Boilers (6 Ton)
- Make Preventive Maintenance plan for all facilities (HVAC, pumps, Boilers, Transformers. UPS units, electrical panels, Generators, Forklifts, Fire units, ..etc.)
- Make weekly, monthly Reports for maintenance activities, and new projects progress
which will installed, and shop drawing
- Co-ordinate with Civil contractors our drawing and installation plan
- Supervision all MEP activities at project
- Supervision our Progress according to Project Plan
- Finalize invoices from consultant office
- Make start up for all MEP systems after coordinate with Suppliers

Project: Build and design project with German company (Knauf) at Suez city
- Finalize Approvals from consultant office to material submittals which will installed, and shop drawing
- Co-ordinate with Civil contractors our drawing and installation plan
- Supervision all MEP activities at project
- Supervision our Progress according to Project Plan
Work scope:
· Managed Installing and erection of mechanical Equipment including, Fire Fighting systems, ventilation and Exhaust Fans.
· Supervised the startup and operation of Fire Fighting Pumps
· Prepared and managed Test Report for Firefighting and ventilation system to Civil Defense
