Develop and direct all strategic HR plans to support the organizations business growth and expansions plan, in coordination with other business leaders, VC, CEO and across the HQ and companys branches.
-Formulate and Manage all related HR strategic and annual budgets and operating plans.
-Develop and update related HR Policies according to the business needs.
-Operate as a business partner to the top management through providing inputs and support on the HR implications of business objectives and their delivery.
-Develop and supervise the implementation of selection and interviewing process.
-Follow up and analyze probation reports in order to measure the efficiency of talents
acquisitions activities.
-Develop & update the organizational structure in a way supports achieving business goals.
-Cascade the companys annual objectives across all job levels (from executives to end-line players), using appropriate tools and patterns according to each job levels and nature.
-Review employees performance on timely manner and according to the type of activities they
possess.
-Review employees performance after (3-6 months later) receiving the required training to measure training efficiency.
-Conduct Employee Engagement Survey every 6 months, analyze the results, and propose the corrective actions. Conduct 360 degree assessment on annual basis.
-Develop and manage internal reward & recognitions activities, examples I have An Idea program, Employee of the Month program and .
-Review and update AAWs grading system to assure proper allocation of jobs and availability of competitive compensation and benefits.
-Conduct market pay & benefits study every year, to analyze the competitions pay levels and to stay on the top of trends.
-Develop and manage all Compensation and benefits, update retention plan every year.
-Managing employees files, contracts, social insurance, leaves, penalties, attendance .
