Managing a portfolio of top tier bank customers through presenting a customer centric level of service while growing the portfolio by adding on new acquisitions as well as increasing the cross sell penetration ratio, presenting financial planning solutions and ensuring quality of compliance with bank and CBE POLICIES.

- Attending Stock market companies’ assemblies to deliver customer demands and reviewing assemblies’ results and delivering feedback to customers and the bank.
- Conducting yearly dividends payment.
- Good knowledge and usage of MCSD (Misr for clearing. settlement, and central depositary) system.
- Recording transactions On Banks system.
- Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports concerning customers transactions.
