Responsible for leading HR and HR Admin related activities for diverse projects in diverse locations with total revenue of average SR 8 Billions. Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business; Handling Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances and other areas - Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
Responsible for executing organizational restructuring and formulating organizational manual for 11 companies and formulating succession plan for 19 companies. Key person to conduct job analysis for 5 companies with more than 400 jobs along with job evaluations. Implemented Performance Management System by using different methods; ex: MBO (Management by Objectives) and Graphic Rating Scale along with Incident Log.
Served as Official Consultant for the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Handling all internal HR activities, in addition to providing HR consultancy and Executive recruitment for members.
Areas of Operation: Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, United Arab Emirates and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the regional headquarters for the Middle East.
Advised management on the administration of HR policies and procedures.
