Actively implementing assigned responsibilities as follows:
Instrumental in implementing high-end projects with value to as high as US$250M in accordance with defined company guidelines and quality standards.
Successfully managing overall company’s work aspects including commercial, operations, design, MEP, irrigation, planning, QA/QC, HSE and HR departments.
Defining performance goals, allocating resources, evaluating policies; providing requisite leadership and inspiration to the team for delivering optimal work performance.
Responsible for effective monitoring and control of projects’ costs and margins while ensuring functional controls and reporting systems are in place.
Constantly working towards accomplishing defined strategic, operational and financial goals while determining innovative methods to enhance work performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the organization procurement procedure.
- Prepare the budget for different sectors; real estate projects, government construction projects and operations & maintenance.
- Propose alternative specifications for finishing items.
- Prepare the draft contracts and forward to legal department.
- Plan the stock level.
- Centralize the procurements of operations & maintenance division.
- Develop international sources for operations & maintenance division.
- Establish procurement forms, terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the budget for different sectors; infrastructure, residential and hotels. Forward the budget to head-quarters and secure the budget.
- Plan the delivery schedules based on the budget and requirements. Ensure that the requirements are on site on time.
- Prepare the draft contracts and forward to legal department.
- Monitor the stock level.
- Responsible for the services & maintenance contracts such as AC, elevators, home appliances etc…
- Introduce new technology through international fairs and exhibitions in construction fields such as new pre-cast methods, new scaffolding techniques etc…

• Developed/added my data base for local suppliers for construction machineries & materials, office equipment & furniture, IT hardware & software; stationary, etc...
• Developed/added data base for international suppliers for construction machineries & materials.
• Developed/added contracts for sub-contractors, labor, leasing cars & machineries, batching plants, blocks making plants.
• Developed tracking sheets for 3 projects to follow up the status of all purchase requests.
• Attending exhibitions and auctions.
