Superintendent Engineer (Lead Engineer - Instrumentation &
Telecommunication) with key responsibility for overseeing the engineering, execution, and
commissioning of instrumentation and telecommunication systems for critical infrastructure
projects, particularly gas pipeline facilities. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high performance, safe, and compliant solutions while ensuring technical integrity, operational
efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for projects and
maintenance activities in alignment with the organizations goals. Provide visionary
leadership, guidance, and direction to project and maintenance teams.
• Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of various
projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate
with project managers and teams to manage project scope, resources, risks, and
deliverables.
• Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, ensuring a safe, functional,
and well-maintained environment for employees, tenants, and visitors. Develop and
implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and
assets.
• Managing budgeting and financial planning for projects and maintenance activities.
Monitor expenses, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective utilization of funds.
• Recruitment, training, managing, and mentoring project managers, maintenance teams,
and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
improvement within the department.
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with internal and
external stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and contractors. Provide
regular updates and reports on project and maintenance progress.
• Implementation and monitoring quality control measures to ensure projects are
completed to the highest standards and maintenance activities meet established
guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, codes, safety standards, and
environmental guidelines in all projects and maintenance activities.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and best
practices to enhance project management and maintenance efficiency.

• Verification of Materials delivered on site for verification of Quantity and Quality.
• Supervision, Inspection and Approval of Installation works.
• Develop and refine engineering methodologies, tools, and standards

• Performing due diligence reviews of contractor testing and pre-commissioning methods
and schedules providing advice on acceptable methods and opportunities for optimizing
schedules to minimize overall duration of the project schedule

Facilities Maintenance ATC
Fire Stations Runway Shelters. Planning annual maintenance Coordination with Foremen and technicians regarding CM/PM work progress. Review and Analyze maintenance Report as per company standards.
• Inspect physically work to make sure per reports. Make sure for all
Preventive Maintenance to as per maintenance calendar.
• Coordination with client for reporting of all systems efficiency.
• Perform Individual and group tasks for technical support.
• Supervision of new installations of any equipment.
• Supervise the vendors and subcontractors while visit the site for any equipment
maintenance.
• Take feedback from vendors and subcontractors as per system requirements.
• Carrying out and managing the planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis,
remedial repairs, and commissioning adjustments of all Building Systems.
• Responsible for any issue on the site as a Maintenance In charge (For any issue, do the
possible and arrange the technical team to solve the issues)
• CM & PM plan of HVAC (Centrifugal Chiller, AHUs, PACU, FCU, CAFU, VRVs VAVs etc)
Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting system, MDBs, UPS, VFDs, BMS,
Access Control system and CCTV.
• Operation & maintenance of FM 200 system (FM200 Panel & Cylinder). Operation &
maintenance of Fire Detection System VESDA System (XTRALIS VLF & VLP). Operation
and maintenance of MIMIC Panel (ENVOY Graphic Annunciator) Supervise and Control
the Siemens BMS (Building Management System). Responsibility of all work of FRC
(Fault Reporting Centre).

• Preparing Maintenance report, incident reports.
• Planning of any new installations of Microwave Antenna/ Transmission equipment.
Responsible for all CM/PM activities.
• Preparing Maintenance and Incident Report and give feedback to Maintenance
manager.
• Installation & Commissioning of up linking equipment (Including Encoder, Modulator,
Demodulator, Modem, MUX, Up converter, HPA (TWTA, SSPA), using MPEG-2, DVB-S
Technology for MCPC system (The operating software is MEM).
• Installation & Commissioning of up linking equipment (Including Encoder, Modulator,
Demodulator, Modem, MUX, Up converter, HPA (TWTA, SSPA), using MPEG-4, DVB-S2
Technology for MCPC system (The operating software is NCC and the system is
encrypted by CONAX Encryption system).
• Operation & Maintenance of Up-linking System and Broadcasting. Monitoring of uplink
& downlink transmission by Spectrum Analyzer.
• Trouble shooting & Fault Rectification in case of any fault, signal loss & signal level
interference. Installation of VSAT IF/RF, Integration & Configuration from ground up.
• Installation of Uplink & Downlink antenna (4.5 meter), Integration & Configuration from
ground up. Knowledge & experience of wireless & satellite transmission.
