To ensure delivery of resilient and reliable IT infrastructure to internal customers in all locations within the geographical area assigned by maintaining and upgrading existing hardware / communication / software components, implementing additional IT facilities to meet the needs of the business and resolving user calls by troubleshooting malfunctioning infrastructure components.

Resolve user calls regarding malfunctioning of any component of IT infrastructure in a timely manner to facilitate day to day operation of the users

Install and configure new IT infrastructure components: Server hardware and software, Desktop computers hardware and software, Other hardware devices such as printers, scanners, modems, UPS to make them available for use in depots

Install new applications and Upgrade existing in-house applications based on new software release received from head office

Identify and interact with local vendors to provide additional regional IT requirement such as network expansion

Interact with HHT vendor for timely repair of defective units

Assist in development of service continuity and disaster recovey plans, conduct standby server test in depot locations and train depot personnel and invoke DR plans

Implement set up for new routes on HHT units and HHT software

Administration of Windows, Exchange and BO servers to manage users, user groups and access rights.

LAN Networking

Adhere to security policies and procedures

Conduct IT audits and take corrective actions to eliminate non complainces identified during self / HO audits

Selected by HBL Misys Team as a Master trainer for new project of Online Banking software (MISYS).
Training Habib Bank Staff on International Online Banking Software (MISYS).
Make sure to have good communication between Branches and Head Office Server.
Successfully converted HBL Branches located at different cities from old system to MISYS.
Provide Technical / Banking support to all Pakistan HBL MISYS branches.

Working as a Field Engineer In Project of Habib Bank Online System at Mardan Region.
