Operations Team for Dubai HeliShow 2018 - The biennial Helicopter Technology and Operations Exhibitions held in DWC, Dubai South, UAE. Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Managed the overall (1-Month) paid social media advertising campaign for the exhibition with almost 1M+ Reach and Impressions, resulting in almost 60k link clicks
• Managed the database of contractors and exhibitors; Intensive coordination with exhibition requirements
• Ensure that all contractors, sponsors, and exhibitors have the necessary documents for ingress and egress
• Supervised the front staff for registration and issuance of delegate and VIP passes using an advanced event registration system
• Collaborate with Directors and Managers for marketing activities
Handled the position of Relationship Officer, promoted the financial products of ADCB throughout the U.A.E mainly focused on credit cards and personal loans and was able to establish high valued client database.
• Initiated new client acquisition for ADCB
• Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve the given targets.
