Netscreen firewall appliance for in-house network firewall.
-Internal Tech support for all corporate servers (both
Hardware/Operating System) e.g. windowsNT, Windows2000
server, MSExchange, Compaq tru64 Unix for database archiving,
IBM AIX unix for RS/6000 SP servers.
-Handles a day-to-day user support requests related SAP BASIS j
job; acts as help desk for SAP application, MSoutlook email client,
and other network communication problems encountered.
