Responsible for the direct control and personal supervision of MEP engineering works (HVAC SYSTEM - FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM - FIRE ALARM SYSTEM - ELECTRICAL POWER, LIGHTING AND AUXILLARY SYSTEMS - PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS)
Responsible for the submission of MEP (RFI, MRI etc) inspections to the consultant

- Responsible for the direct control and personal supervision of electrical engineering works
- Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for electrical works, materials and products.
- Review plans for compliance with policies, standards, procedures and good engineering practice.
- Personal supervision of various testing and commissioning works.
- Edit, review, and submit shop drawings as well as As-Built plans.
- Conduct preliminary inspection and arrangement of schedule for final acceptance based on QA/QC standard procedures.
- Prepare daily QC monitoring records and final acceptance documentations.
- Maintain close working relationship with client's site representative and implement the ISO 9000 procedure and specification standard.
- Monitor daily electrical activities and verify compliance to customer specifications, codes, and standards, and perform activities in accordance with the project QA manual and QC inspection plan.
- Handling and supervised for 3 projects at the same time: Siena Park Residences, Verawood Residences, and Rhapsody Residences.
