systems across industrial and power facilities

Project: Oil Processing and Utility Systems Upgrade

• Assisted in the operation and maintenance of major equipment including turbines, boilers, pumps,
compressors, heat exchangers, and cooling towers.
• Supported installation, alignment, and overhauling of rotating and static machinery during plant
operations and shutdowns.
• Conducted routine inspection, monitoring, and lubrication of mechanical equipment to ensure reliable
performance.
• Assisted in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
• Gained hands-on experience in dismantling, repair, and reassembly of pumps, valves, fans, and auxiliary
equipment under supervision of senior engineers.
• Monitored spare parts, tools, and materials, preparing usage and tracking reports.
• Prepared daily maintenance logs, inspection records, and progress reports for plant activities.
• Coordinated with electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient power

Project: SPINKWAM-1 Mari Petroleum

 Conduct inspection and verification of piping systems following Aramco standards,
project Specifications, and international codes (ASME B31.3, API, etc.).
 Perform material inspection of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and gaskets to ensure
compliance with Project requirements and material test certificates (MTCs).
 Monitor fabrication activities, including fit-up, welding, and dimensional checks, to
ensure Compliance with isometric drawings and WPS.
 Conduct welding inspections including WPS/PQR/WQT verification, joint
preparation, Preheat/post heat requirements, and weld visual acceptance.
 Coordinate and witness NDT activities (RT, UT, MPI, and DPI) and review reports
in accordance with Applicable codes and project standards.
 Supervise hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of piping systems, ensuring Pressure,
holding time, and leak test criteria are fully met.
 Conduct material receiving inspections in compliance verifying heat numbers,
MTCs, dimensions, And physical condition of piping materials, valves, and fittings.
 Perform fit-up, alignment, and dimensional inspections of piping spools, supports,
and components According to Isometric drawings and Piping Class Sheets.
 Review and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure
Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) to
ensure compliance with project standards.
 Coordinate and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities such as RT, UT,
MT, and PT, Ensuring proper interpretation, compliance, and documentation.
 Conduct line checking, punch listing, and pre-hydro test inspections, ensuring
readiness of piping Systems for pressure testing.
 Prepare and maintain all Quality Control documentation, including Inspection &
Test Plans (ITP), Welding maps, NDT reports, hydro test packages, and final dossier
for handover.
 Conduct thorough inspection of incoming piping materials, valves, fittings, and
gaskets to ensure Relevant material specifications (ASTM/ASME).
 Verify Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), heat numbers, material markings, and physical
condition.
 Verify correct joint preparation, root gap, bevel angle, and correct orientation of
fittings.
 Review test packages and line-check punch lists for completeness.
 Conduct post-test inspections, ensuring proper installation of blinds, supports,
valves, and all System reinstatement.
 Ensure alignment of inspection activities with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
 Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, ensuring safety, correct test
pressure, Calibrated instruments, and compliance with project specifications.
 Ensure that all inspection and quality control activities align with the overall
project schedule.
 Liaise with construction, client representatives, and QA/QC team for daily
inspection activities, issue Resolution, and quality compliance.
