Planning and Managed BTS Hotel Project for XL, Telkomsel & Indosat, supported Regional Manager and Technical Manager for weekly and monthly report, prepared working plan and achieved customer target for implementation, performance monitoring, troubleshot DAS, monitoring project management process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor and customers.
Planning and Managed HFC Spiro Project for HCPT and Telkomsel, support and also reported to Operational Manager for weekly and monthly report, prepared working plan and achieved customer target, monitoring project management process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor and customers.
Assembling for SPIRO Fuel Cell cabinet, testing and troubleshooting, commissioning, also managed time schedule for cabinet delivery.
Prepared, planning and implemented for 200 sites SPIRO Fuel Cell HCPT project for Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java inc. Madura & Bali and Sumatera region. Organized warehouse, team and sub contractor, facing with customer and also managed forwarder for cabinet delivery or material loading in warehouse.
Planning and Managed Tinem Project Ericsson Telkomsel for area Sumbagut and NAD, Microcell Project Excelcomindo Batch 2007, IBS Indosat Project RO 2005 - 2008, support and also reported to Operational Manager and Senior Project Manager for weekly and monthly report, prepared working plan and achieved customer target, monitoring project management process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor and customers.
Planning & Design CME for IBC Project Telkomsel-Nokia, Excelcomindo-Ericsson, Indosat-Ericsson RO 2005, Huawei and HCPT Project, support technical works and also reported to Project Manager for weekly and monthly report, prepared working plan, monitoring and supervise project process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor and customers.
Supervise, Surveyor, Planner & Design CME for IBC Project Telkomsel-Nokia Siemens 11th sites both of Jabodetabek Region and Jawa Tengah DIY Region, doing survey for new sites and collocated sites Telkomsel in Sumbagut NAD Region from basic report to completed TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report). Support technical works and also reported to Project Manager and Project Engineer for weekly and monthly report, monitoring and supervise project process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor, customers and also building management/landlord.
Surveyor, Planner & Design CME for telecommunications project, new sites and collocated sites reporting from basic report to completed TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report). Support technical works and also reported to Project Manager and Project Engineer for weekly and monthly report, monitoring and supervise project process and also coordination both of sub contractor, vendor, customers and also building management/landlord.
Technical support, manage the procedure of Printing, Publishing, Promotion prepared working plan and schedule from design, printing, finishing and packing. Monitoring and supervise project process and also coordination both of production staff, designer and delivery to customers.
