• Reports to the Board Members, responsible for managing PP10 combined Cycle 5 Blocks, PP10 Simple Cycle Block C1 and PP12 simple cycle 8 GTs as (I&C Senior Engineer) Related to DCS MARK VI with Filed "Devices" according of BEMCO ethics and standards
• Responsible for managing PP10 Simple Cycle as (I&C Lead Engineer) within my crew and provides clear leadership for them Meggar, Termination, Calibration, Cold loop, Energize MARK VI, Hot Loop and functional Test from DCS to Filed with RFIs and Closing Punch List Points.
• Interface Signals (Soft links) Between DCSs and PLCs.
• Troubleshooting (13.8Kv, 4.16Kv) Switchgear, MCC’s, PLC’s and other I&C systems with DCS.
• Testing and Commissioning with Westfalia, TA for Forwarding pumps, centrifuges, heaters and air compressors with their PLC panels.
• Testing and Commissioning with SEID TA for Unloading Arms Skid and their PLC panels.
• Testing and Commissioning with SAMPI TA for Unloading Pumps Skid and their PLC panels.
• Testing and Commissioning with GE TA for Forwarding (Crude and Diesel Pumps), Switchgear GEDAC Panels and Fuel Tanks with DCS.
• Directing a team of I&C engineers and supervisors to achieve the planned schedule.
• Give technical advices to I&C team.
• Insuring the work performance within project timeline.
• Performing Auditing activities for quality assurance and quality control process
• Advising cost control activities.

2- Aug/2007 - Nov/2009 Al-Toukhi is a leading engineering, procurement and construction company based in Saudi Arabia., specializes in building power stations with various technologies and fuels, sub-stations, overhead and underground transmission lines and distribution networks of all voltage ranges including extra high voltage. This also includes oil & gas and industrial facilities, turbine inlet air cooling projects and district cooling, including cooling water purification.
During my time with Al-Toukhi I were responsible for the following:
• EPC of Power Generation Plants of Instrumentation & Control.
• Revise and approve material submittals and shop drawings
• Cable sizing, routing and specifications for control and instrument cables (GE, Wesfalia, CEMS, SCADA, DCS and marshaling Cabinet).
• Coordinating with the consultant for the approval of P&ID’s.
• Revising the signals for the SCADA and DCS I/O list.
• Revising the ABB design for the SCADA system 132/32KV and coordinating with the client for approvals.
• Testing and Commissioning with Westfalia TA for pumps, centrifuges, heaters and air compressors and their PLC panels.
• Tendering for the following projects: Sharorah PP, Najran PP, PP10, Wadi Al Dawaser fuel pumps, Qurayat PP, Wadi Al Dawaser PP, Tabouk PP, Dubba PP, and PP7 TIAC.

3- Apr/2005 - Aug/2007 Nardeen is an ISO certified company occupies a prominent place in the lighting industry and distribution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nardeen Manufactures and Distribute Fluorescent light fittings up to the international standards and according to the SASO regulations. During my time with Nardeen.
My work included but were not limited to:
• Preparing monthly reports on maintenance budgets.
• Evaluations and plans to guarantee proper running conditions and optimum process productivity in accordance with daily / monthly / annual schedules.
• Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks on automated heavy duty equipment’s and machines to prevent unscheduled stoppages across all outlet and venues.

4- Nov/2000 - Mar/2005 El-Ajou Group After graduating I joined one of the National Market Leaders in Saudi Arabia for quality office automation including Document Imaging, Printing Solutions, Integrated Business Solutions, Space Management & Office Furniture solutions.
